Strawberry & Sweet Corn Salsa and Baked Chicken

Directions:

 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
 Cut up a small chicken, bone in and remove skin.
 Add 1 12 ounce jar of Tassleberry Farm Strawberry & Sweet Corn Salsa.
 Arrange chicken pieces in a baking dish.
 Pour salsa over the chicken to cover and cover with foil.
 Arrange chicken pieces in a baking dish.
 Bake for about 1 hour.
 Remove foil during the last 10 minutes.
