Blueberry and Sweet Corn Salsa

Beef and Blueberry & Sweet Corn Salsa Burritos

Ingredients:

 1 lb. lean ground beef
 1 Tbsp. chili powder
 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
 1/4 tsp. salt
 1/4 tsp. pepper
 1 10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, defrosted, well-drained
 1 cup Blueberry and Sweet Corn Salsa
 3/4 cup shredded cheese
 8 medium flour tortillas

Directions:

In a large non-stick skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour off drippings.

Season beef with chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.

Stir in spinach and salsa; heat through.

Remove from heat; stir in cheese.
