Strawberry and Sweet Corn Salsa

Macaroni & Cheese and Strawberry Sweet Corn Salsa

Ingredients:

 1 cup of elbow macaroni
 14.5 ounce can of un-drained whole tomatoes
 12 ounce jar of Strawberry & Sweet Corn Salsa.
 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directionss:

 Cook macaroni as desired.
 Heat remaining ingredients (except the cheese) in a 2 quart pan, medium heat breaking up tomatoes.
 Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
 Stir in macaroni and add cheese.
 Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
