Strawberry Spinach Salad Recipe

 1 teaspoon table salt
 1/3 cup sugar
 1/3 cup Strawberry Vinegar
 1 teaspoon dry mustard
 3/4 cup olive oil
 1 pound fresh baby spinach, washed
 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced

In a medium bowl, blend together, salt, sugar, mustard and Strawberry Vinegar. Pour 3 tablespoons of the olive oil into mix and whisk until blended. Whisk in remaining oil. Add spinach and strawberries; gently toss well to coat.
