Strawberry Marinated Beef Brisket
Place 4-5 lb single cut beef brisket in 13"x9" (3-quart) glass baking dish or large re-sealable plastic bag. In medium bowl, combine brisker and one 12 ounce jar of Tassleberry Farm Strawberry Marinade and mix well.
Pour over brisker, turning over to coat; cover dish or seal bag. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
Pre-Heat oven to 325F.
Drain brisket, reserving the Tassleberry Farm Strawberry Marinade. Place brisket and half of Tassleberry Farm Strawberry Marinade (about
(2/3 cup) in 13"x9" baking dish; cover with foil. Discard remaining marinade.
Bake at
325 for 4 hours or until tender. 8 servings.
Be sure to Marinate overnight and cook for 4 hours (no longer).
Use the balance of marinade from the dish as a gravy.
